Pink is my thing! I recently acquired a pair of light pink
twill pants from banana republic. I love them! However,
a white top looks boring, since they are a very light color,
black looks too intense. Any suggestions?

Pale greys usually look good with light pink. Also pale
blues but if you combine them, you might look too
nursery-ish! Anyway, pinks are difficult to mix, so I would
go with white but add interesting accessories, such as a
print scarf that has the same color of pink in it, but has
other colors. You can also add fun bangles in various pale
colors. Perhaps a  printed head scarf or printed headband
that contains the pink or has complementary colors in it,
would also look good.

Complementary colors for light pink are pale greens,
pale blues, white, pale greys. Also, you could probably
look good with a black and white print, black and white
stripes, or grey & white print, grey & white stripes. In fact,
if you did tops that combine white and any of the colors
listed above, that should also work.
